Fixed values
I'm new to this app. I'm finding it impossible to change Macro Ratio to Fixed Values. Its grey in the drop down box and can't be activated. Any one else have that problem? Also how long does it take for the help desk to reply to an email for help?

Oh no! that doesn't sound like expected behaviour! Would you mind emailing our support team at support@cronometer.com so we can look into this further? Are you using Cronometer on the website or the mobile app? If you are using the mobile app, what is the version listed at the bottom of the settings tab?

Cronometer v3.5.2(b732-AF-s1) and I have emailed for help. They haven't helped yet. They told me to keep trying to tap the drop down box to access Fixed Values. I've tapped it at least 50 times in the last 24 hours.

What type of device are you using? We can change your settings for you while we investigate the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am using a Moto G Power cell phone

The problem is solved. I fixed it by going on my lap top to change it to Fixed, where I was able to do it, and it then synced to my phone.
Just so you know though, it might be a problem for someone who doesn't have a laptop, and it did cause me three days of complete frustration.
