Account(free) seemed to have been deleted

Hi there! Love the app!

Got mom signed up on Cronometer free version last month and her account just disappeared. She tried using the 2 emails she has but says the account doesn't exist. Now she did say she hadn't used it for a couple of weeks so maybe it was idle too long?

Now I'm thinking, do you need to sign up for an account to use the free version or can you just use it? I have the purchased version so I can't remember.

Anyways she says she lost all of your custom foods and recipes so I'm guessing she would have to have an account.
