Macro Ratio
Hello All, I'm a newbie (be nice!!)
Could someone tell me which ratio is correct. I am 5ft5, currently weight 169.4lbs and want to get down to 150lbs which is about 10 and half stone.
I've been told I should stick to carb 20g:protein 69g and fat 136g. However, on other apps, it says the protein:68g, fat:107g. Cronometer says protein 48g, carbs 20, fat 76.3g. This is not right surely? Could anyone advise which I should stick to?

There is no right or wrong answer to this question. When it comes to weight loss, your total calorie intake matters more than your macro division. That said, it can be useful to have slightly higher intakes of protein (vs. baseline) but it's equally important to keep fibre high. I'd focus on eating at least 1 g of protein per each kg of healthy body weight (i.e. the weight you'd like to be) and ensure that you meet minimum fibre targets.
