Glad to Be Back

I think this is the 4th time I have drifted in and out of Cronometer. Every time I think I have the weight loss whipped, it tends to creep back from lack of discipline. I simply do better keeping track of daily activities. Anyhow, I'm 72 and retired - enjoy photography and drinking NAPA wine. Started about 6 years ago at 230 lbs. - weighed in at 178 this morning. Simply have to stay on top of it, and Cronometer and this community certainly helps.

If you wake up without goals, go back to sleep ...

    Yeah, whenever I play with another tracker, I always end up back here. I feel tracking, even when healthy is good to keep an eye on what you're eating.
