I consume regularly flaxseed and chia seeds which are naturally very reach in Omega 3, however, that is not at all reflected in the General Nutrients/Lipids... Why is this? Thanks!
It sounds like you might be adding brand name versions of these foods to your diary? Brand name products in Cronometer have the data reported by the manufacturer, and they don't always have the amount of omegas on the package.
We've got some generic versions of these foods from NCCDB - you'll get a full nutrient breakdown using these ones instead!
