Hamburger without the bun?
Today I had a McDonald's McBacon double hamburger in Lima, Peru, without any of the three buns. How can I edit the inputs to recognize the reduced protein, carbs, fat, and calorie load?

Hi there pschles,
You can enter in negative serving sizes in Cronometer too. If you know the nutrition breakdown for the bun, you can enter in a serving size of -1 to subtract the calories and nutrients from your targets.
You could estimate with a regular hamburger bun in Cronometer, though we don't have the nutrition information for a bun from McDonald's.

I found that I could estimate that there are 28g of carbohydrates in a 150 calorie regular McDonald's bun, using the tools here: https://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en-us/about-our-food/nutrition-calculator.html. given that there are 1.5-3.0 buns in a McDouble. Then i can use your negative serving sizes to reduce the calories and nutrients. Thanks.
