Age, weight, height not preserved during (re)sign up

I've just installed the Android app. Wanted to sign up, so I was taken through the flow to enter my details - DOB, height, weight.

At the password prompt, the app said my account existed already. I went through "forgot password". Now in the app, my personal data was incorrect - DOB defaulting to today, and apparently my old weight.

In this corner case, when the user forgot they had an account and have just entered their information again, that info should take precedence over the old info in the account.
