I have no idea if it's possible or not, but when creating Custom Recipes, the app doesn't seem to take into account that yeast devours sugar, which results in an inaccurate carb count for the recipe.
Example - I put in a keto bread recipe that has a net carb count of 22g for the whole loaf, and 1.47g per slice based on 15 slices per loaf. The app calculates the carbs to be 36g per loaf or 2.4g per slice.
It's not a huge difference, but it's enough :-)
Can the app be tweaked to account for yeast behaviour?
That's a good question! If you've got an estimate how how much sugar the yeast fermented, you could add sugar as an ingredient in your recipe with a negative sugar size to account for the difference.
