Day starts listing over 2000 locals burned
I started using Cronometer, and I connected it to my Apple Watch. I woke up this morning and was getting ready to add some breakfast food to my diary, and I noticed that it said I had already burned over 2000 calories. That seems high for just sleeping. Is that around what is expected?

Hi ZeroCool,
Was that your total calories burned in Cronometer? We estimate your total for the whole day so you can plan your meals with that information in mind.
Or is there data imported from Apple Health while you were sleeping? Could you send us a screenshot to: support@cronometer.com so we can check it out?
