Is there a way to use my daily foods listed on Cronometer to tell me the percent of total calories for fats, carbs and protein?
Yes! You can see the %calories coming from the macronutrients in the Calories Summary of the diary page:
On the website, click on a food in your diary to select it, and these values will update to show you the breakdown from that selected food.
You can also see this info when you're adding foods to your diary. Select it from the list of search results and check out the same coloured circle icon, shown on the left here, as well as the coloured numbers shown in brackets for each of the macros:
