I don't see a way to set my calorie goal manually. Is this possible?
You can manually set your energy target by using Fixed targets.
Head over to: Settings > Targets > Macronutrient Targets. Track macro targets using Fixed Values, then enter in your energy and macro values in the boxes below.
This will update your Macronutrient Targets section of the Diary:
