Protein
The number that was given for protein was 59 and my carbs is 135 so do I need to meet these numbers. Also my weight is 227 and I’m 5’2” I have little activity bc of a torn Achilles’ tendon that’s still healing. I’m so embarrassed with where I am at.

No need to be embarrassed! It's clear that you are interested in making changes for your health; you're in the right spot.
Calorie and macro targets can vary significantly, depending on your goals. If you're hoping to lose weight, the most important target to pay attention to is calories. You can allow Cronometer to set a goal for you by choosing "Lose Weight" in your Targets (found in Settings). I usually recommend a weight loss target of 1.0 lb per week and modifying from there.
Meeting protein and fibre targets are also beneficial for weight loss since these two nutrients are beneficial for increasing satiety.

Should the protein be higher than 46 though?

A good rule of thumb is to aim for a protein intake of at least 1 g per kg of healthy body weight. This number should be higher in certain medical conditions and for the athletic population.
