What do the symbols mean on b12, folate and vit k?
Why are those symbols different than most of the other ones? I can't copy it - it won't let me. I get micrograms and milligrams and IU aka international units. Oh, it's on selenium also.

The symbol is a mu; mu-gram is microgram. As you probably already know, mg is milligram.

That's amazing. So it's a Greek letter and it says that they got it from the Egyptian symbol for water and which was simplified by the Phoenicians. I love things like this.
So it's microgram. Okay, thanks for that.
