Salt chart (feature request)

Hi,

Currently it is possible to see a sodium intake chart, but not a salt intake chart. In EU at least, recommended intake values are often in terms of salt, not sodium, so a salt intake chart would be convenient. (The nutritional labels also list grams of salt rather than milligrams of sodium.)
