Newbie Question
Hello, I'm a new Cronometer user (loving it so far)! How can I tell how many total calories Cronometer established for me using my physical data? Is it the (-) number in the gray bar before adding any food to my diary (my initial calorie deficit)? Thanks for the help!

Thats right!
To see more details on your macronutrient targets you can also scroll to the "Calories Summary" section of your diary page in your web browser. Select the Gear icon in the top right corner and ensure that you have selelcted the check mark next to "Show Full Macronutrient Breakdown"
