Net Carbohydrates not netting out Erythritol and Allulose
I know this issue has been discussed before but it is really becoming a pain in the but for me as I move more and more to a low carb keto style diet. I love Net Carbohydrates not netting out Erythritol and Allulose. Cronometer, please address this. It should as least be advertised that net carbs is not truly reflected if you can not find a way to recalculate and store separately if need be. Please help. Hard for me to tell my keto friends about the product with this glaring bug. Sorry to be negative but really want to see a fix. Thank you folks.

Hi wadegrimm,
We can subtract these compounds from your net carbs calculation. It may be that the foods you are using have not recorded these nutrients. If you report an issue on these foods, we'll correct the information for you ASAP.

Hello,
i have the same issue here even when I a make a copy of the food and add in the polyols/sugar alcohols. Then it shows the real net carbs but when I add this edited food in to my diary it still lists the carbs without subtracting the polyols. This happened two or three days ago but before all was good. -
Hi ph4il,
Are you using Cronometer on the mobile app or the website? We had a display issue with net carbs last week that we've repaired. Are you still running into a discrepancy in your net carbs?
Cheers,
