Keto Mojo stopped syncing

My Keto Mojo stopped syncing on Feb 20 I can't get cronometer to backfill even though I'm logged in

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Keto Mojo link.

    You may need to manually sync your data to make sure we can access your data from the Ketomojo app.This can be done by following these steps:

    1. Open the Keto Mojo app
    2. Go to the settings menu
    3. Find the My Mojo Health section
    4. Tap the Sync button
    5. Go back to Cronometer and pull to refresh on the diary day.

    Please let me know if these steps did not work!

    Something thing with my fitbit. How do I fix that?

    I test with my Keto-Mojo meter every morning. I can sync my meter to my Keto-Mojo app flawlessly every morning. But when I sync to my Cronometer app it will work for 2, 3, or maybe 4 days flawlessly. But then I have to disconnect and reconnect to get the readings to sync with Cronometer. Then it will work for a few days, but then I have to do it all over again. Why does this constantly happen? It gets tiresome having to disconnect and then reconnect every few days.
