Setting Activity Level To "none" to use Apple Watch
Hello,
I am new to cronometer and just recently changed my activity level to "none" so that my exercise and daily activity monitored by my Apple Watch would accurately subtract calories from my daily log. However, in doing so, the App has only allowed me about 1000 kcal/day (previously I was at around 1200 in order to lose weight.) Is there a way to leave my apple watch on for activity but not completely reduce my calories? I'd like to still have it set to be in a calorie deficiency in order to lose weight, but 1000 is way too low.

Hi there,
I suggest adjusting your weight goal settings so the caloric deficit is smaller, and your energy target will be higher.
You can select a new setting from: Settings > Targets > Weight Goal. When you adjust your Goal timeline the text below the drop-down will show how many calories will be subtracted from your energy target:
