I'm getting a spinning Disc on the diary page in the app on Android.
I tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling, but it didn't help.
What can I do to correct this?
I'm also getting this today.
sorry about that, but glad to know I'm not alone! I reached out to support via email but haven't gotten a solution yet.
Same thing here. Uninstall/reinstall does not help either.
same with me!
I just disconnected Samsung Health in the app and the disc went away!
And reconnected Samsung Health and now it's working fine.
Thanks for reporting this - we're looking into it ASAP. It does seem to be related to having a fitness tracking app connected to your account. I'll update here when we have a fix for this.

I have only Google Fit connected. Disconnect/reconnect has no effect. Still spins.
I have only Google Fit connected. I disconnected it, then killed the cronometer app. Then I restarted the app and it seems to be working now. Then I relinked Google Fit and it still seems to be working. . . for now. Still a problem, but at least there seems to be a workaround that can let me keep logging.
I am also having g this problem. I do have Samsung Health linked.
It happen to me too. Uninstalled and reinstalled that fixed it until I reconnected samsung health.
That's my experience too.
We released a fix! Could you please download the update when available and let us know if Cronometer is still loading the diary when you're linked to Google Fit/Samsung Health?
Just updated. Seems to be working now. Thank you for super fast response!
I updated as soon as you made it available. With Google Fit linked, I haven't run into the problem in the past day, so it's looking good so far. Thanks very much for the quick response.
