Burned kcal? New User
I’ve been in bed most of the day due to a slight reaction to the 2nd Moderna vaccine but it says I’ve burned 2187 calories, which obviously is impossible.

Hi there,
Your calories burned number is individual to you, but in general it includes:
BMR - calories burned for basic body functioning.
Activity level - the level you selected to estimate the amount of activity you get in a typical day. If you were in bed most of the day, this would be a 'Sedentary' level of activity.
Exercises logged manually or imported into your diary from a connected device. If you are using an activity tracker to record all your activity, we recommend setting your activity level to none to avoid double-counting those calories burned.
