My Renpho is linked to Apple Health and imports all of my readings which tells me my BMR is 1466kcal, is there someone who I can call to help me set this up? Thanks

Hi Tulsabrit,

You can customize your BMR in Cronometer if you'd like to use a value that's different than the calculation we use.

In your Cronometer account, head over to: Settings > Profile > BMR.
Use the drop-down menu to select Custom, then enter in your custom value in the box below.
