Are the macronutrient targets shown in the diary the recommended grams for each area? What happens if I go over the fat target?
You can decide if you want to set personalized macro targets or used "Fixed Values" (which are based on Dietary Reference Intakes and Cronometer's default); these can be set up in "Settings">>"Targets". There's a huge range for what's considered "acceptable" when it comes to macronutrients, but if you're unsure where to start, I'd go with "Fixed Values" and see how you feel.
