Are the macronutrient targets shown in the diary the recommended grams for each area? What happens if I go over the fat target? Are the recommendations based on my height and weight?

I always suggest starting with the "Fixed Values" and modifying from there. Macros can be a useful guide but what's most important is ensuring that whatever macro targets you use supply you with all the essential nutrients your body needs.
