Doubling Calorie Count?
If I’m importing my KCal from Strava, what do I set my activity level to ? I set it for very active and it felt like it was giving me daily credit for my activity plus the Strava calories. I only capture my cycling on Strava and not my kayaking, rowing and Paddle boarding. Suggestions for setting activity level?
If you're only importing some of your workouts from Strava, then choose the level that best describes the amount of activity you're getting on average during the week, in addition to your cycling.
