Excluding exercise does not work in Android app.

When I uncheck the option to include exercise it does not change anything in the diary on Android; i.e., still shows my exercise calories in the "remaining" calorie count. It works as expected on the web interface.

    Hi Gigapus,

The Calories Remaining icon gives you a picture of your energy balance i.e. the difference between calories burned and calories consumed each day. I can appreciate this is a source of confusion and will discuss your feedback with the team!

The 'Exclude Exercise' option removes calories burned from exercise you've logged in your diary from your energy target in the macronutrient target bars, if you swipe the top banner in your Diary to the left.

  • Thanks for your comment. It is confusing, especially since the web page works differently: when I tell it not to include exercise, the calories remaining does not include exercise, which is what I would expect. As it is now the app tells me I have calories remaining when I actually do not.

  • Yeah, I see what you mean. We're working on making it consistent. Thanks for your feedback!
