I read the RDA maximum only applies to folic acid.
If that is true, why do natural sources of folate set the bar to red?
At this time, Cronometer does not have the data available to differentiate between natural food folates and folic acid. That would be a great addition!
If you're hitting the Maximum target, take a look at your top sources to see if they are mostly whole foods, or fortified foods and supplements.
