Can I simply add calories to my day instead via a registered food/recipe?
I have a recipe. I know the basic nutritional information. I don't really want to enter all of the recipe. Is there a short-cut way to enter just the nutritional information? If there is I don't see it.
You can search "quick add, calorie" in the food search to add a quick estimate for calories to your diary.
