My Calories Burned Changed
I always had ~2400 calories to burn then after 2-months it dropped to ~1500. Does anyone know why this happened?

Have you made any changes to your Profile details - weight, height, age, etc., or your energy settings (weight goal or toggled off Include Exercise or TEF)?
There are lots of settings that could potentially change your calories burned calculation. Let me know if you'd like me to take a look at your settings to investigate further.

Karen,
Wow. Thanks for answering my question, and so quickly. I did look at my setting and I don't know how it happened but my height was set to 2 feet (lol). Once I set it the correct measurement the calories went back to close to what it was before. I don't know how it happened. I don't recall ever going to those settings in the past. Thanks again for your help. -
Karen Stark,
This is happing again. Somehow my height sets itself to 2 ft. 6 inches -
Are you importing height from anywhere? If, for example, you are importing from Apple Health, and your height is set incorrectly there, then Cronometer will pick that up.
Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

Hi Mark,
Send us an email at support@cronometer.com next time your weight updates and we'll take a look to see what's going on there.
