Fitbit no longer connecting
I import weight and body fat data from Fitbit. Two days ago, these data stopped appearing in Cronometer. I tried resetting the Fitbit link, but when I tried to re-link to Fitbit, I received the error "There was an error connecting your device, please try again."
I've tried again several times with no luck.

Hi there!
Sorry that you are running into issues linking Fitbit. Are you using Cronometer on the website or the mobile app?

I am using Cronometer on my mobile app and having the same issue. It is not recording my activity for the day anymore. I’ve unlinked and relinked it but it’s not exporting over

I use the mobile app. Mysteriously, I got two days of Fitbit connection after the error message, but the link has failed again as if this morning.

I’m having the same issue, having just got a new Fitbit charge. Any ideas would be helpful

Sorry to hear that SilverL87! We've got some a device troubleshooting guide in our user manual that might help! Could you try some of the steps outlined here to see if that will reset the connection?
