If you know the inorganic phosphate content of your medications add them as a custom food to Cronometer.
If it makes more sense to separate inorganic phosphates from total phosphorus, then I would recommend creating a custom biometric for inorganic phosphate. Then you can log the amount when you've taken your medication.
