Apple Health Not Syncing
Currently running 3.10.4 version of Cronometer app on iOS 14.8 with iPhone 11 Pro Max. Apple health data (calorie burn, heart rate) is not syncing to Cronometer. Data entered on Cronometer is transferring to Apple Health though (biometrics, nutrients.) Have tried force closing Health, Activity, and Cronometer and restarting phone. Also tried disconnecting and reconnecting Apple Health in Cronometer settings and manually backfilling data. Have not had anything sync for the last two days.

As a workaround you can set the option “import workouts and active energy as a single entry” under the Apple health Integration settings.

Thanks, that seems to have synced up some of the data. It still shows less calories burned in Cronometer than it does in Apple Activity though. It may be getting active calories but not workout calories.

I am also having this problem. Is this a bug? Is there a fix for this that isn't just lumping all the data together?

The 3.10.5 update seems to have fixed the issue in the time since updating. However some data is still missing from the weekend even after doing the backfill option.

Now we are in 2024 and it;s still not working. this is so frustrating

No, mine has been working fine. You may try going into Cronometer settings and turning sync off and back on.
