Template Days - e.g. "Workout", "NonWorkout"
I've done this in the past with recipes / exploding them, but it got a bit messy blending actual recipes with days. It would be super helpful to have templates where you can "start from", and pick a day.
The other thing, that is related to this, at least for me, is sometimes I use notes like '----------- TO HAVE -------------' and slide that down as I fill out the day (before = eaten, after = not yet). Having some sort of horizonal rule that could be slid could be useful to track where one is during the day (or even dynamic based on the entries with timestamps)? Checkboxes could be another option, and at the end of the day, one could clear "not had" foods".

Hi brnsl,
Are you looking for meal plan templates or templates for your energy/macronutrient targets for workout and non-workout days?
Thanks for your feedback. That's a great strategy you came up with for separating your consumed foods and planned foods in your diary.
