Why is my text not displaying correctly? Help

New to forum. My icons for Create Recipe, Create Food, Oracle, My Recipes, and My Foods are now side by side in a horizontal line. Never before. When you click on any of these icons, each line of my text covers only 1/3 of the page. The remaining 2/3’s of the page is blank/white. Previously, the text line entered spread across the full page to the edge. Did I do something to make this happen? How can I get it corrected?

I was about to post pictures in an email, but the pages corrected themselves miraculously! I don’t know who made changes to the pages, but they did an excellent job and I am very grateful. Thank you so much, Papaya4110
