New user that cannot get other devices to sync

I loaded this app today because it was listed under Keto-Mojo as a supported app.

I have been able to sync my Apple health, but neither Keto-Mojo nor withings scale (which is now using the health mate app), Will complete the thinking process. I was able to get each one to login to the app but after pressing the link button, they try to process and then give an error.
