I made turkey soup from scratch. Added Celery, carrots, onion. No salt. Just Dash, Pepper, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Poultry seasoning. Was surprised to see how much sodium was attributed to it when I typed in the ingredients.
I am reposting for ask an expert. about the soup.

The sodium is coming from the turkey which was listed on cronometer under turkey roasted without skin.
