Target scheduling by week, not day
Hi, I recently joined gold, and I was disappointed to find that the target schedule is only set up for days, not alternating weeks. I'm on a long term diet to lose weight, and I need to alternate periods of calorie reduction with periods of calories at maintenance, in order to protect my overall metabolic rate. I was hoping I could schedule the alternation automatically.
I think others also adjust their targets by week, around their menstrual cycles, for example, or in certain cross-fit based programs. It's not a deal breaker, but it would be nice.
