I am looking to enjoy some whole wheat pasta and the serving is not in cups but oz and grams . Not sure how to record my portion. ? Am i supposed to buy a scale ?
From a nutrition perspective, I'd suggest starting with 1/2 to 1 cup cooked pasta and serving this alongside some protein and a vegetable for a nice balanced plate.
Also, kudos for purchasing whole wheat!
