I need to count exercise?
Hi, I have finished losing weight, now I need to maintain the weight while I build muscle, I don't have an activity tracker yet, but it's better to set the activity level to sedentary and use the exercise burned cal or set the right activity level and count the burned cal or just set the right activity level and don't count the burned cal from workout

Hello,
I'd suggest keeping your activity setting to "sedentary" and manually add (or import from an activity tracker) your exercise.
When working on weight maintenance, keep an eye on weekly changes to weight.
