Info calories counting
Do you need to count the calories of food you used to give taste but not actual eat? and if you need to count what is the best way to do it?
Example, the recipe for the pasta with potatos say you have to put the crust of cheese in the pot while cooking, but after the cooking you dont need to eat it and if you want you can bin it.

It's up to you! In reality, if we swallow the food, we have absorbed its energy and nutrients. If it's an odd taste here and there, I don't think you need to input the data. BUT, if you do a lot of tasting throughout the day, it may be important info to include.
