Parkingsons disease
Does anyone know anything about PD and if diets can help? I've read some things about the keto diet could possibly help?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly received. Thanks again.
David.

I'm not an expert in this field (and think anyone suffering from PD should consult experts) but speaking generally, we need to look at Parkinson's in two different lights: what can be done to prevent it and what can be done to manage the symptoms once it is diagnosed?
There is epidemiological evidence suggesting that an unprocessed, plant-based diet is protective against the development of the disease. However, a keto diet may be helpful in controlling symptoms (especially seizures) in those with established PD.
