Daily activity is very off when connecting Garmin device

I just connected my garmin device and it immediately imported -1200 daily activity calories. I know that's not correct as I haven't worked out yet today.


Is this some sort of average from the device?

    Could it be your resting calories? 1200 exercise calories would be extremely high.

    Also, if you are importing from Garmin you'll need to set your activity level in Crono to sedentary so that your resting calories burned aren't counted twice.
