Period recording and renaming custom biometrics

As per the title. In spite of your recent inclusion of "Women's Health", there is no biometric to enter menstrual periods. This would be a useful measure to put weight fluctuations into context. I have a custom biometric, but it would be good to have an official one, esp for the free users out there.

Secondly, could you please add a function to rename custom biometrics. I search revealed this has been requested several times, as far back as 2017.
