Can I search for foods high in a particular nutrient?
I have recently developed a potassium deficiency. My doctor told me to take a prescription potassium tablet for a week. Being that I hate drugs, I started thinking of what foods I could eat more of, that are high in potassium. By now probably we all know that bananas are not really high in potassium, and I found that the highest foods are actually: Tomato products, Orange juice, Beet greens, Beans , dates. But does chronometer offer the opportunity to look at foods that are high in this particular (or any other) nutrient? I could not find this option, and it would certainly be very useful. Thanks!

Hi @stefif ,
We do offer this feature! This is a feature available to Gold subscribers only. You can learn more about subscribing to gold here https://cronometer.com/#gold.
Once you have a gold account, you can "Ask the Oracle" by selecting the "Foods" Tab and then selecting "Ask the Oracle". Then select the categories you would like to choose from and the nutrient you wish to prioritize. Learn more about asking the oracle in our user manual here:https://cronometer.com/help/foods/#oracle.
The oracle can also be used to suggest food to help meet your targets for the day, which you can learn more about in a recent blog post found here https://cronometer.com/blog/nutrient-oracle-food-suggestions/Hilary
