Plant based questions
Hello!
A few years ago I was treated for stomach cancer (part of my stomach was removed).
After that, I started endurance sports like running and biking.
As I only have half a stomach, I found that a plant based diet works well as most of that food is very light and does not give me troubles.
Thing is, according to the goverment website here (Netherlands) I need 80 kgs x 0.83 = 66.4 gr of protein. Cronometer, based on a lightly active setting has me on 144 gr per day.
I am surely doing something wrong somewhere, but where? Perhaps a setting?

It is possible to edit macro settings to match your goals.

Protein amounts vary greatly and are hotly debated. You'll have to research and then set your goal.

Putting in activities can bump up your protein using Cronometer, even doing tai chi or yoga. I mainly used Cronometer for amino acids. You want to have a lot of variety of food being vegetarian or vegan.
