Chuck Roast help

Hi, I'm new to Cronometer and need some help. I'm on the carnivore diet and tracking my protein and fat. I recently have been buying USDA Prime Chuck Roast and slicing them into thin steaks and cooking in a cast iron skillet. The problem I'm running into is which chuck roast to select in the app. There are a lot of different options and the macros are all very different. Some show 128g of fat and others show way less. If someone can point me in the right direction that would be great. Here is a link to the exact meat that I'm buying at my grocery store.
