Custom recipes
For two days now (that I've noticed) the amount of an ingredient in a recipe changes on its own. I have to go back and change all the past entries.

Not only amounts, sometimes the ingredient itself changes from the user specified ingredient to a different similar ingredient. Using, sharing and exploding recipes now has to be done very carefully with each ingredient and amount verified it was the user intended one.
