Tuna
I have read conflicting information about the safety of eating tuna more than once a week. These articles focus on mercury consumption and warn about consuming too much mercury. Other articles say that depending on the size of the fish, it's safe to eat tuna more than once per week. Please let me know the current guidance regarding the safety of eating tuna. Thanks!

I found this earlier because most of the canned tuna I buy is skipjack. The EPA link on healthline is dead so I found another EPA link. I know the big issue is with Albacore tuna with skipjack being much lower. I was looking for my self last week because I was considering using it to up my protein and am eating it two days a week (canned skipjack)
