Whoop & Apple Watch
I have both my Apple Watch Ultra and WHOOP connected to cronometer through integrations. My question is this: should I only use one or the other? I feel like I may be doubling up on calories “burned“ by using both. For example, I record my functional fitness workouts on both my Apple Watch and Whoop. I am assuming that cronometer is using the calories from each integration in its calories burned total. Is this a correct assumption?
