What’s the reason for the lack of customer support?
I emailed Support on 3/30 because my Gold subscription features are not accessible. I explained that I’ve logged out and back in and attempted to use the restore feature multiple times and that I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and attempted to restore multiple times. With screen shots reflecting what I was seeing in the app and my subscriptions. I received a response on 4/13 telling me to log out and back in and use the restore feature. So it took someone 2 weeks to offer the same thing I’ve attempted, that hasn’t worked, as a solution?How do I connect with someone who can actually resolve this issue by fixing it or refunding me?

Geesh that does like a really frustrating experience. Are you able to access a computer and log into your account there? If so, are you able to access your features there?
