No Customer Service

I submitted an email to support on 3/30 and got a canned email that they are receiving I high volume of issues right now. Support finally got around to responding 4/13 with a resolution I had already attempted without success as the solution, indicating they didn’t even read the email fully.

Is there any other way to get support for this app before I leave a review in the App Store and reach out to the BBB? I’ve paid for Gold features I do not have access to.
